Stephen Ballast brings more than 35 years of experience in audio production and media ministry. Growing up in the Philippines as the son of missionaries, he began his journey in media by learning to run a sound system and helping his parents as they planted churches. His technical foundation comes from a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, followed by five years working in the telecommunications industry. Eventually, Stephen felt the Lord’s call to pursue full-time ministry through media, combining his engineering background, extensive audio experience, and passion for helping churches use technology effectively to communicate the Gospel.
